The customer is required to sign up on the online store before placing an order. To that end, all data requested in the form shall be filled in. To have access to the account, you will be asked to enter a password.

Once the order has been placed, MISTER SHOES SL will e-mail the consumer an order confirmation within the following 48 hours, stating acknowledgment of receipt. The contract is considered to be concluded upon payment receipt.

MISTER SHOES SL offers luxury footwear for men. Our products are made at our facilities in Almansa, which has a long tradition in shoemaking in Spain starting in the middle of the 19th century.

Descriptions offered in the website are provided through photographs, commercial names or references and description with the aim of providing the Customer as much information as possible.

Once purchased, if the product selected is not available due to force majeure event or incident, MISTER SHOES SL will e-mail the Customer informing about the cancellation of the order in whole or, when necessary, in part, in the case of a product not being available to be delivered together within an order consisting of various products.
