We ship our footwear to any country in the world. In case we detect any difficulty in a specific destination, we will inform you accordingly and if it is not possible to send your order, we will refund the amount of your purchase.
The estimated delivery time from payment varies depending on destination. For deliveries in Spain, the transit time is 24/48 hours. For deliveries in Europe, the term is 3/5 days. For deliveries in the rest of the countries, the transit time is 4/6 days. These terms may vary for logistical or customs reasons, which are beyond our control.
Because globally there is not a common position when it comes to sizes, each manufacturer has its own criteria when developing the lasts, and therefore measurements may vary from one brand to another. We recommend you to measure your foot. An easy way to do this, is to put a sheet of paper on the floor and place your foot on it, touching the wall with your heel.
Additionally, mark your longest toe on the paper and measure the distance in centimeters from the wall to this mark. With this measurement you can check your size very approximately in the following chart.
Our manufacturing process is developed entirely in Spain.

It is very important that you follow our advice when choosing your size, as made-to-order shoes cannot be returned. We will provide you with the necessary information and the price.
You can customize your shoes by choosing a different leather from another style of our shop. We will manufacture the order exclusively for you according to your choice in approximately 4 weeks. Contact us through our email mister@mister.es , indicating the style you want, the model with the leather you have chosen and your size. It is very important that you follow our advice when choosing your size, as these are made-to-order shoes that cannot be returned. We will provide you with the necessary information and the price.

We will send a courier to pick up your package, and if there is any difficulty, we will look for the most appropriate option. Keep in mind that some countries may have special customs requirements, which might cause you some expenses when returning the articles.
You can pay your order by means of VISA or MASTERCARD credit/debit card. We can also provide, if requested, an account number to which you can transfer the amount of your order. Paypal is also an available option.
The price of our articles includes shipping and other charges, until delivery to the buyer’s home. However, for shipments to some countries outside Europe, there is an extra charge for shipping. Depending on the country of destination, the system will add the additional shipping charge if necessary. In addition, if we detect a country with special circumstances that may make shipping more expensive or difficult, we will inform you accordingly.
